GHM provides Tailored Outplacement Solutions that are custom designed for each corporate client.
Available within these packages are different levels of our Senior Professional and Executive Coaching program, "Pathways through Transition" including customized classroom workshops.
Our comprehensive, one-on-one programs are designed to reduce the actual search time by assessing individual career options, developing resumes and self-marketing materials, and honing current skills required in today's competitive marketplace. Each program is unique and tailored to the actual needs of the client. These individualized programs are available in three, six and twelve month, or "until you land" durations.
Our classroom programs and workshops are designed to assist in developing and starting a job search. These programs are intended to meet the specific needs of the current employer and budget. Programs can include workshops, seminars or classroom style coaching, and can be from one day to three months in duration, or customized to your specific requirements.
